I also wanted to share some information about a special evening at Jivamukti Yoga School http://www.jivamuktiyoga.com/ on Saturday night, February 17th. “Liberation Lounge”, led by a dear spirit sister by the name of Parashakti. This will be an amazing evening of healing and self-discovery. Parashakti leads dancers through a modern ritual fusing dance, yoga and breathwork guided by the Body Temple drummers. The evening starts out with a 60-minute yoga class followed by a break and then three hours of Shamanic Trance Dancing.
